To create a personalized urn for your beloved cat, simply follow these steps:

Upload 3–4 clear photos of your cat so our artists can capture the details of the fur and expression.

Our artisans will carefully create a handcrafted ceramic urn inspired by your cat’s appearance.

Our Handmade Process

Day 1–2 · Hand Sculpting

The ceramic body is shaped by hand using your pet’s photo as reference, forming the foundation of the memorial.

Day 3–7 · Natural Drying

The clay must dry slowly and evenly to prevent cracking or warping before firing.

Day 8 · First Kiln Firing (600°C / 1112°F)

The piece is fired at a low temperature to strengthen the ceramic and prepare it for painting.

Day 9 · Hand Painting

Artists carefully paint your pet’s facial features, markings, expression, and details entirely by hand.

Day 10–11 · Glazing & Final Kiln Firing (1240°C / 2264°F)

The urn is glazed, kiln-fired at high temperature, and then hand-finished through bottom smoothing and polishing for a refined final surface.

Day 12–21 · Secure International Shipping

Once completed, the memorial is carefully packaged and shipped to your home.

Urn capacity is usually measured in cubic inches. As a general guideline, 1 pound of healthy body weight before cremation requires about 1 cubic inch of urn capacity.

For example, a 50 cubic inch urn is generally suitable for up to about 50 lbs, while a 100 cubic inch urn is generally suitable for up to about 100 lbs. Smaller urns may also be used for partial ashes, keepsake memorials, or shared remembrance.

If you are unsure which size to choose, we recommend selecting a slightly larger urn or contacting us before ordering.

Because personalized urns are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personalization details submitted incorrectly by the customer.
